This is the dish I made my mom for mother's day.
It is my own creation but you too can enjoy Pasta Megan by following the recipe below.
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 jar Tomato Alfred pasta sauce
4 cups Turkey sausage
1 cup finely chopped green pepper
16 white mushrooms finely chopped
1/2 box of Bow-tie pasta
3/4 cup Asiago cheese (check your local deli)
1 1/2 cups mozza
Combine in a skillet sausage and mushrooms.
Cook pasta at same time.
Once mushrooms are almost cooked down, add green peppers and crushed tomato. Cook until pepper is al dente.
Drain pasta (do not rinse).
Add Tomato alfredo to pasta. Mix in contents of skillet.
Divide into ramekins, and sprinkle generously with mozza and asiago.
Bake for 15 minutes in a 375 F oven.
